A growing company, in the West-Island, is now looking for a junior customer service representative.
The Junior Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Team Leader, Customer Service/Order Management.
Salary: 34 800$/year + bonuses
Schedule: 40 hour work week; Monday to Friday 8-5pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers any customer inquiries about open and closed orders, quality issues, etc. over the phone and via e-mail.
Enters customer orders in system
Confirms receipt of orders to customers on a daily basis
Verifies that items, pricing, quantities, ship mode, and requested dates are accurately entered.
Sends order confirmations to customers by e-mail once the entire order has been completely scheduled.
Processes all order requests for pull-ins or push-outs.
Confirms any changes to customers regarding ship dates, quantities, transport modes, etc.
Performs internal follow-up of customer orders to ensure on-time deliveries for shipments.
Any other tasks related to the position
D.E.C or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar or related position is required.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a strong asset.
Bilingual (excellent english, functional french - spoken and written)
Experience with a CRM and/or ERP is an asset
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fast and accurate typing skills
